The next Neilson Hays Library book sale is scheduled from Saturday, November 16 to Sunday, November 24 (excluding Monday, November 18) from 9:30-17:00 inside the library building.

We have fiction and non-fiction books in English and Thai donated by Neilson Hays Library supporters or withdrawn from the library shelves. This sale you are spoiled for choice with a plethora of books ranging from the latest thrillers, history hardbacks, to cookbooks. So whether you are looking for escapism, insight, or the ability to whip up a delicious dinner, we have the book for you. We have a good selection of children’s books and in the rotunda we will have an eclectic range of Thai books. Visitors will also find magazines, DVDs and CDs to add to their collections. Prices start at only 20 baht.

Because of the limited space, the only books for sale at any point, are the ones that are out in the library space. We will replenish books daily as space opens up on the tables. So better to come in a few times whilst it is open rather than coming once and expecting to see everything. We encourage visitors to bring their own bags in order to help us reduce waste.

Since the book sale will be inside the library building, normal library activities (except Children’s Story Time) will be suspended during this period. You will be able to return books throughout the period, but books can only be withdrawn on weekdays during the book sale.
