The “Festival of 100,000 Lanterns” is held every year as part of the Northern “Yi Peng” or Loy Krathong tradition, offering homage to Phra That Hariphunchai and honoring Queen Chamadevi, the first ruler of Lamphun. This year, the festival returns bigger than ever, elevating it to national and international levels.
