This journey requires no physical movement; instead, we allow our bodies to rest while we travel inward together, guided by sound waves.

Experience a unique blend of Breathwork and Sound Bath that combines traditional music with contemporary synthesized sounds.

This program is designed by Soul Friend & Spiritual Garden and has been held regularly in Khao Lak, Phang Nga. This is the first time we are bringing MIND TRIP to Bangkok.

The journey will be led by Rhythm of Sati and Most Handpan, who will accompany us throughout.
